Services in the overview
We take care of surgical emergencies around the clock in the central emergency room. Our strength lies in the intersectoral and interdisciplinary cooperation of the specialists of our sections, such as general and visceral surgery or trauma surgery.
Through our BG consultation hours, the ZNA is also approved for the treatment of all accidents at work and on the way insured by the employers' liability insurance association. The accidents are recorded here, reported to the competent professional association and all other necessary measures are taken.
Internal emergency care is provided 24 hours a day and every day by our doctors and nurses on shift duty, who are assisted outside regular duty hours by employees of our various sections on standby duty.
Here we take care of serious illnesses, especially in case of shortness of breath or chest pain, which must be admitted in-patient. In cooperation with the medical on-call service, outpatient examinations to avoid inpatient stays also take place here.
In coordination with the general practitioners and established specialists, further outpatient treatment is also possible after discharge from the hospital.
The district clinic has a shock room for the rapid interdisciplinary care of severely injured patients. It is equipped with various devices for the maintenance and restoration of vital function and ensures the clarification of critical clinical pictures and symptoms, such as cardiac and circulatory arrest, shortness of breath and unconsciousness. Our doctors and nurses can carry out emergency diagnostics, stabilize patients and initiate and prepare immediate surgical measures.
