Courses before birth

Nine extraordinary and emotional months. 40 challenging weeks in which a small miracle grows. We support expectant parents during this time, so that you are well informed and feel comfortable.

  • Preparing for childbirth: In our birth preparation courses, we make sure that you feel well prepared.
  • Prenatal acupuncture: From the 36th. SSW can be started with birth-preparing acupuncture.
  • Kinesio Tapping: The colourful adhesive tapes are originally from high-performance sport – but the body of a pregnant woman also performs at its best. That's why Kinesio Tapping can provide valuable support. It is used for all complaints and pain in the back area, for symphysis loosening and to relieve the abdominal muscles.
  • Infant care: In this course, expectant parents will receive tips and tricks, as well as practical help for safe handling of the baby. The following topics will be discussed: Babies carry, breastfeeding, caring for the baby, wrapping methods. There are practical exercises on a doll.
  • Breastfeeding preparation: We discuss the benefits of breast milk, different breastfeeding positions, aids, stumbling blocks and much more – for the best possible breastfeeding start and a nice breastfeeding period.
  • Yoga for pregnant women: Yoga has many beneficial effects during pregnancy. It strengthens the back, helps to observe one's own breath and leads to deep relaxation. The exercises especially suitable for pregnancy help to prepare for childbirth.

Courses after childbirth

With the birth of the child begins an exciting and demanding time. We would like to support you with our courses in this new phase of life and give you security, confidence and trust.

In yoga, we pay special attention to the change between tension and relaxation. Time only for you alone to breathe, come to rest and consciously do something good.
