The controller of personal data is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
When you access an Instagram/Facebook page, the IP address assigned to your device is transmitted to Instagram/Facebook. According to Facebook, this IP address is anonymised (for ‘German’ IP addresses) and deleted after 90 days. Facebook also stores information about its users’ end devices (e.g. as part of the ‘login notification’ function); If necessary, Facebook/Instagram is thus able to assign IP addresses to individual users.
If you are currently logged in to Instagram/Facebook as a user, there is a cookie on your device with your Instagram/Facebook ID. This enables Facebook/Instagram to understand that you visited this page and how you used it. This also applies to all other Facebook/Instagram pages. Via Instagram buttons integrated into websites, Facebook is able to record your visits to these websites and assign them to your Instagram/Facebook profile. Based on this data, content or advertising can be offered tailored to you.
If you want to avoid this, you should log out of Instagram and Facebook or disable the "stay logged in" feature, delete the cookies present on your device, and exit and restart your browser. In this way, Instagram and Facebook information that can be used to identify you directly is deleted. This allows you to use our Instagram page without revealing your identifier. When you access interactive features of the site (like, comment, share, message, etc.), a login screen appears. After a possible registration, you are recognizable as a specific user for Instagram/Facebook.

If your contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, unless there are legal storage obligations to the contrary. We assume a final processing if it can be deduced from the circumstances that the facts in question have been conclusively clarified.
