Registration of patients

We ask you to first send your patients to register/admission in our clinic, as this is the only way to ensure a smooth course of the hospital stay. There, the personal data will be recorded at the start.

The patient admission is located on the ground floor, directly at the main entrance of the clinic building.

hours

Monday to Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Contact central patient admission: 06152 986-2110

Outside the regular opening hours as well as on weekends and public holidays, registration takes place in the Central Emergency Room.

We strive to meet the admission deadlines of our patients, but point out that emergency rooms could potentially lead to postponements. If there is a postponement of admission, we will of course inform our patients.

General information for the admission of patients

Many patients are unsure before a planned hospital stay what documents or utensils they need to bring to the hospital.

But it doesn't have to be. We have therefore created a small overview or checklist on these pages, which you as a private doctor can give to your patient before inpatient admission to the Kreisklinik Groß-Gerau.

  1. The insurance card
  2. An inpatient admission by a private doctor
  3. Documents from preliminary examinations/pre-operations
(e.g. findings from preliminary medical examinations, X-rays/CD)
  4. An up-to-date list of medications and medications
  5. If applicable, the pension insurance number of the LVA or BfA

If available:

  • Marcumar badge/pacemaker badge
  • X-ray passport/allergy card
  • Emergency card/diabetic card

For patients of our ophthalmology clinic:

  • Glasses(s)
  • Contact lens(s)
