We live the continuous improvement process and do everything to make your stay in our house as pleasant as possible. Despite your best efforts, it can still happen that you are not satisfied with something or that you see general improvement potential. If this is the case, we would be happy to receive your feedback. With the help of your information, we can eliminate possible errors as part of our internal improvement process and optimize our processes.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

How can you give us your feedback?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. About the Patient feedback sheet<\/strong> which you received when recording or via the digital version here on the page.<\/li>\n
  2. Our volunteer colleagues from circle of helpers <\/strong>regularly look at how you can help you and also like to come to you at the station.<\/li>\n
  3. The volunteer patient advocate<\/strong> accepts requests, suggestions and complaints and handles your matter confidentially with the competent authorities. Their task is to mediate solution-oriented between what is desirable and what is feasible in the interests of the patient.<\/li>\n
  4. The Colleague of the Praise and Complaints Office<\/strong> collects and evaluates all complaints, both written and oral, but also praise and recognition. Each complaint will be followed up closely and you will receive informed feedback on your concerns from the Praise and Complaints Office if you wish. All enquiries will be handled with confidence; Of course, you can also leave complaints or positive feedback anonymously.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
